One of Le Puy's best patisseries, with exclusively homemade chocolates and creations with local references.

Didier Rix is a master pastry chef, chocolatier, confectioner and ice-cream maker known to all. A Valrhona expert, the patisserie offers a range of 25 exclusively homemade chocolates. Throughout the year, you'll also find some thirty small cakes made with praline, ganache, raspberry, coffee, passion fruit, verbena... The colors, textures and fragrances will leave you breathless. La Dentellière, with its roasted almond base, and Coquilles Saint-Jacques, with its shortbread lentil cookie base, are well worth the detour.

Ma femme et moi cherchions un gâteau sans crème pour notre mariage : M. Rix a pris la temps et la peine de rechercher une crème vegan pour nous faire un sublime gâteau yuzu-framboise !
