The sober, modern and elegant dining room reflects the sincerity of the cuisine. The menu evolves over time, changing every six weeks according to seasonal produce from local producers. The same goes for the wines, with over 180 references... enough to find the perfect accompaniment for any dish! Recipes based on local specialties (Puy lentils, verveine verte, Velay black lamb, Monts Velay veal...) and a very contemporary repertoire (red tuna, grilled watermelon and feta, chorizo bellota...).
