Small and warm place in the heart of Puy-en-Velay serving an original cuisine, a menu of local and seasonal products.

In a chic bistro with a friendly atmosphere, you'll enjoy traditional dishes with flavors from here and abroad. The menu changes weekly at lunchtime and monthly in the evening. Products are local, fresh and in season, and menus are carefully crafted, from starters to desserts. The dishes are creative and delicious. The star dessert is the chocolate sphere, with a new garnish every season. Carefully selected wines and digestifs to accompany each dish. Beautiful crockery, smiling staff, top-notch service.

En vacances dans la région, nous sommes tombé complètement par hasard sur ce restaurant. Et quelle sublime surprise !!! Nous sommes arrivés un peu tardivement sur le service du midi et on nous a accueilli avec plaisir. Nous avons aimé l’atmosphère du restaurant, l’accueil, la cuisine et surtout le couple qui tient ce restaurant le fait avec une grande passion et beaucoup d’amour.
La cuisine est faite maison de l’entrée au dessert, un vrai régale pour les papilles.
On recommande les yeux fermés.
Vous y passerez forcément un très bon moment et votre ventre vous dira merci ????.
De plus il est à côté du vieux centre.

Bonjour..je tenais à réagir au sujet de mon dernier avis qui m'a moi même étonné. !! Je me demande comment cette notation (une etoile) a pu s'afficher... mystère. !!!
Je tiens a corriger.. Aliman et moi avons passé un très bon moment culinaire autant sur le service que sur les plats, les mets etaient à la hauteur de votre réputation. Nous avons adoré tous les assiettes, j'aurais dû oser demander un petit supplément tellement j'avais faim ce soir là..ha ha..!

Merci pour votre gentillesse, si nous avons l'occasion ..nous reviendrons sans hésiter et encore désolé pour le mystère 2.0 !?? Chose corrigée.

We are New Zealanders travelling France for a couple of months… our meal this evening at G. Bowl D’Air was one of the highlights of our past 5 weeks. We were looked after and spoilt by the very fun, respectful and generous owner(s). The portions were perfect as was the creativity and unique flavours of every dish. Our drinks complemented our meals perfectly. We want to take the time to give credit to this restaurant and highly recommend a visit if you are coming to Le Puy. We know you will not be disappointed. We wish we were locals as I know the menu changes regularly and we would become regular diners at G. Bowl D’Air if we could. Merci beaucoup for the fun and delicious meal.
