A touch of the American West in this establishment offering "real American cuisine" and colossal burgers.

A trip to the Wild West! Cowboy hats, star-spangled banners, horseshoes and country music: you'd think you were in Wyoming. This American couple opened the Silver Dollar in autumn 2023, and while they offer a wide choice of XXL burgers (up to a kilo of meat in the Big One!), they also want people to discover "real American cuisine", far removed from the fast-food culture: rib-eye steaks, ribeyes and ribs on the bone (black angus beef), as well as Tex-Mex-influenced specialties, not forgetting artisanal cookies.
