Every week, L'Atelier du Vin offers a plate of food and wine pairings, as well as platters of Auvergne charcuterie and cheeses, to eat in or take away on reservation. All homemade. Enjoy sauerkraut with a smoked beer from the Mont-Salève brewery, Lyonnaise-style pike quenelles with an Anjou blanc, rougail saucisses or baeckeoffe. For desserts, opt for chocolate cream with passion jelly, caramelized apples and almond crumble. Mainly organic wines.

Nous avons mangé à l'atelier du vin à 4, un soir de randonnée. Nous avons été très bien accueillies par David qui fait tout tout seul ! Nous avons super bien mangé : de l'amuse-bouche au dessert, très fin. Le vin était excellent. Le rapport qualité-prix est donc au rendez-vous. Merci, nous conseillons vivement.
