It is the restaurant of the eponymous hotel. Adelaide's cuisine is renowned throughout Italy. She creates her own recipes and collaborates with numerous gastronomic magazines. Her specialities include tuna and fennel lasagne, baked macaroni with aubergine and ricotta, swordfish kebabs with lemon leaves and, last but not least, figs in cream sauce. The bread is also home-made. Finally the setting is pleasant, the tables are arranged in a shady garden around a small fountain. The establishment is also a charming hotel.
