Would you like to taste a hay liqueur? The Domaine des Marmottes occupies a 6 hectare plot of land planted with red berries and aromatic plants cultivated with respect for the environment. Two plots of land at an altitude of 1,300 m for the gathering of gentians, elderberries and wild blueberries complete the site. Here, the production of liqueurs, aperitifs, jams, syrups and other delicacies is done the old-fashioned way, in a workshop installed in an old barn. The frame, in the shape of an overturned boat hull, is typical of the region!

L'accueil est chaleureux et très professionnel. Connaissant déjà leur liqueur de verveine, primée en plus, ce fut un grand moment de bonheur de découvrir les différentes autres spécialités !!!

Nous sommes venu à plusieurs reprise au mois de septembre durent de courtes vacances. C’était un plaisir de découvrir les produits du domaine des marmottes! Fan du poivrot !
