This original museum proposes to reinvent our understanding of food, and demonstrate how it represents a genuine part of culture, through interactive and educational exhibits. After a long closure, the museum has reopened in its new location in Empire Stores, along the East River. Since the museum's reopening, the exhibition Flavor: The World to Your Brain looks at the science of flavor, and what happens in our brains when we taste food. Fun.
