A case in point is this eight-storey, 150-room boutique hotel, which plays the Brooklyn card to the hilt with its industrial façade and superbly decorated rooms featuring exposed beams, rusted metal and tiled walls. And let's not forget the magnificent view of Manhattan from some of the rooms and the rooftop pool. The hotel is frequented by the trendy youth of New York and beyond.

The rooftop bar and the food associated with it was at best, burger had to be sent back unfortunately cocktails were watered down..
The reception desk has no enclosing which I found to be kind of strange, the communication between respective staff seemed to be a bit disconnected.
Overall I still think it's a good value at the price of the offering
