WTC 3 tower of 383 m with a concrete structure in Manhattan housing mainly offices.
At 175 Greenwich Street stands the tower designed by Richard Rogers. Tower 3 is the third-tallest skyscraper in the World Trade Center complex, and the seventh-tallest in the city. It stands 328 metres tall and houses mainly office space. The concrete structure was completed in August 2016, and the building was able to open its doors in 2018, as announced by Larry Silverstein in September 2014. The tower it replaced, which collapsed during the attacks, was occupied by the Marriott hotel chain.
