One of the country's largest residential buildings, with 175 apartments in Manhattan.
Made famous by the series Only Murders in the Building, which reunites Selena Gomez, Martin Short and Steve Martin and whose first season aired in 2021, the Belnord is actually well known to New Yorkers. As in the series in which it is almost one of the characters, it's a building beloved by locals, defining the landscape of the Upper West Side since 1908 and protected since 1966. At the time of its inauguration, it was considered one of the largest residential buildings in the country, with 175 apartments housing 1,500 people.
