At the top of the Refinery Hotel, this bar offers one of the finest views of the Empire State Building and Midtown skyscrapers. The ambiance is relaxed and the setting combines industrial charm with a cosy atmosphere, with its string lights, exposed brick walls, hanging plants and glass roof. The menu offers a few plates to nibble on, but prices are high and the food isn't always great. The best thing to do is have a cocktail here as the sun goes down, then go elsewhere for dinner.
