One of Hell's Kitchen's hottest and craziest gay bars, Flaming Saddles is known for its waiters dressed as cowboys who dance on the bar, boots on, of course. If you're near the counter, open your mouth and the dancer-server might just pour whisky straight down the neck. The atmosphere is really wild, and you can dance without restraint to the pop or country music blasting from the speakers (there's a pay-per-view jukebox, but you may have to wait a long time to hear your song).
