In existence since 1959, this bar is a veteran of the New York scene. Jimi Hendrix and Bob Dylan played here in their early days!
Salsa, blues, jazz, rock... Whatever the program, people flock to the entrance of this nightclub. Everything takes place in the basement, and as soon as the evening begins, the room comes alive. From Wednesday to Sunday, Café Wha's resident band covers hits from the 1970s to the 1990s. On Mondays and Tuesdays, two very popular special evenings take place: the Brazilian Dance Party and Tuesday Night Funk. This bar has been around since 1959, a veteran of the New York scene who's still going strong. Jimi Hendrix and Bob Dylan played here in their early days!
