In a small, rustic room without daylight or on a terrace loaded with history, this very family-run establishment (the mother in the kitchen, the girls in the room) has been developing since 1972 a good regional cuisine where the partridge (in salad, escabèche, étouffée or beans) pulls the lion's share! Lao blanco with fresh almonds is not bad either, an explosion of flavours in the palate. Pleasant welcome.

L'accueil d'El Seco m'a beaucoup plu. Absdolument plaisant. Adresse à ne pas rater lorsque vous passez à úbeda.
