A few steps from the cathedral, this Palacio du Gallego has been located in a building of the late sixteenth century since 2017. You can also say that you will be placed in a beautiful space and that the pleasure will first be that of the eyes, including when the selected dishes are carefully presented. Here, traditional cuisine is on the menu but sprinkled with innovative touches. For example, we can try the risotto to mushrooms and parmesan, but we recommend home specialty, truffle eggs, iberico ham and white gambas, prepared and served per minute, a delight. Aubergines with honey and liver million will also be able to treat you. For more informal cuisine, you can join the tasca, or choose the interior patio and its BBQ barbecue.

A cran below Juanito's culinary talent, this establishment has become one of the restaurants of the recent Palacio de los Salcedo hotel, subtly nestled in the convent of the convent of San Francisco, giving to a rather refined dishes, but with a slightly chiches portion: almonds of almonds and snails, partridge, cod to baezana, Iberian pork with apple cream, ice cream… To crown the whole: a reasonably operational service.

Young atmosphere, industrial decoration: this is the new trendy address in Baeza opened in 2017. And the ideal place to proceed to a tapeo where you will find all the Andalusian classics. The tapas are inventive and generous and you can also share some light creations such as homemade chicken nuggets and a carpaccio of white prawns with a little oriental sauce. Fans of craft beer will find their happiness here. There is also a patio next to a small fountain for those warm evenings.

Since March 2023, this Acebuche has replaced the former Pintada. Chef Axel Guilbert, who previously worked in the kitchens of Barcelona's Disfrutar restaurant, is at the helm. His aim: to create a gourmet restaurant showcasing local produce, executed with a personal touch. Don't hesitate to try star dishes such as Cazorla trout or cordero segureño (local lamb), and finish with a dessert combining cookie and virgin olive oil ice cream. Enjoy in the lounge or on the orange-tree patio.
