L'équipe est géniale, souriante, agréable, aux petits soins et même si nous n'étions pas de l'hôtel nous sommes reçus comme tel !
Bravo à notre ami Fugain,Anaïs,Estella et tous les autres !
Et bravo aux cuisines qui réalisent des petits plats délicieux aussi bien le midi que le soir !
Lors d'un prochain voyage c'est sur nous penserons à réserver cet hôtel !

Nous avons pu testé aussi le restaurant le soir c’est très très bon.
Seul petit bémol à mon goût le petit déjeuner du matin si vous êtes pas pressé parfait c’est très bon et frais mais si vous avez une excursion ou rdv de prévu c’est à la carte est un peu long peut être qu’un petit buffet serait plus adapté.
N’hésiter pas à faire 1km de plus en voiture la plage de Lafayette est exceptionnel.

Das Personal ist überdurchschnittlich freundlich gewesen und hat uns zu jedem Zeitpunkt jeden Wunsch erfüllt. Man konnte sogar via WhatsApp Kontakt aufnehmen und hat dadurch noch schneller Infos bekommen.
Die Zimmer sind sehr liebevoll und stilvoll eingerichtet und werden zweimal täglich gereinigt.
Der Strand fällt hier etwas klein aus. Er ist trotzdem schön, für Spaziergänge am Meer aber eher ungeeignet. Das Meer ist wirklich schön an dieser Stelle, ruhig und perfekt zum schnorcheln.
Die Zimmer können wir nicht bewerten, da wir nur abends zum Essen im Restaurant waren. Die ganze Anlage wirkt aber geschmackvoll und gepflegt.
Da wir zu früh waren, haben wir an der Bar noch einen Cocktail getrunken.
Das Essen, die Kellner und der Service in wirklich angenehmer Atmosphäre waren ausgezeichnet. Es ist etwas hochpreisig, aber dafür bekommt man auch etwas.
Les chambres sont climatisées et aménagées avec goût. Le personnel est irréprochable, tjs souriant et d'un accueil très chaleureux.
Si vous cherchez un petit coin de paradis, avec un personnel attentionné et très attachant, c'est à la maison d'été que vous le trouverez. L'équipe est à l'image de sa direction, à l'ecoute des clients , afin que leur sejour se déroule de façon optimale. Merci à eux (Yasir, Estella, Anais, Dinesh, "Picasso" et tous les autres) d'avoir fait de nos 15 jours de vacances, un moment inoubliable.
Cet endroit est à recommander sans hésiter.

The staff is friendly and accommodating. Shoutout for the bartenders and Dinesh and Anais.
The on-site spa is also great, we tried it on a couple of occasions and enjoyed it a lot.
The menu is the only thing I can think needs improvement. Especially since we ate every evening at the hotel. The seafood and fish options are limited. Sea bream was the only fish available every night as they didn’t have the local babonne fish.
We are angry because they never explained to us that every time we ordered this menu for dinner they were going to make us a extra cost (otherwise we would never have booked full board) even when we asked the waiters if our dinner meal was included in the full Board Package, they said yes and that we didn't have to pay extra, but is was not true!!!
Please do not pay full board at this hotel because it is not full board at all.
I only have one note for the room as the flying insects can enter inside the room from AC hole which could be improved.
Breakfast Is good, with many dishes available, I've never tried the dinner since it was a little too expensive.
The money we spent to stay there was worth every penny tho.

Sanjeev, the epitome of excellent service, truly personalized our experience. He took the time to understand our preferences and tailored his recommendations accordingly. Sanjeev's extensive knowledge of the island and its hidden gems allowed us to explore and discover places we wouldn't have known otherwise. He was always available to answer our questions, provide insightful suggestions. His dedication to making us feel comfortable and supported was commendable, and we genuinely felt like valued guests throughout our entire stay.
In addition to Sanjeev's exceptional service, we were fortunate to encounter Dinesh, who added a touch of warmth and hospitality to our experience within the hotel itself. From the moment we stepped into the hotel, Dinesh greeted us with a genuine smile and a warm welcome, instantly making us feel at ease. He was attentive, efficient, and consistently ensured that our needs were met. Whether it was making reservations at the hotel's restaurant or providing assistance with any inquiries, Dinesh was always on hand to lend a helping hand. His dedication to creating a welcoming atmosphere and his genuine passion for customer service shone through at every interaction.
The hotel itself was a haven of comfort and luxury. Our room was impeccably clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated, creating a serene environment for relaxation after a long day of exploring. The amenities provided exceeded our expectations, and the attention to detail was evident in every aspect of our stay. From the delightful breakfast spread to the tranquil pool area, the hotel truly surpassed our expectations.
Overall, our stay at this hotel was nothing short of lovely and intimate, largely due to the outstanding service provided by Sanjeev and Dinesh. They both played a significant role in ensuring our stay was memorable and tailored to our needs. Their warm personalities, professionalism, and genuine care for our well-being made all the difference. We cannot thank them enough for their outstanding efforts.
The constructive feedback i will say, however, is for their to be more transparency on charges outside of half board (packages) before selecting food choices. We were led to initially believe all things on menu were part of the halfboard package (this could've been made clear items we orderes were outside of our packages, to help us make an informed decision, until we learnt through the experience we were getting additionally charged.)
Overall, however, We look forward to returning to this hotel in the future, knowing that we will be greeted by Sanjeev and Dinesh's warm smiles and impeccable service once again.
Un endroit à recommander que l’on quitte avec regrets
Der Staff ist sehr freundlich und kompetent, lediglich die Zeiten des Room-Service waren undurchschaubar. Wir waren teilweise von 10-15 Uhr nicht im Zimmer, dann hat es zu regnen angefangen und wir sind aufs Zimmer und keine 10 Minuten hat der Room Service geklopft. Der Turndown Service war ein nettes Goodie :)
Das Spa ist absolut unter dem Niveau des restlichen Hotels. Es liegt in einem dunklen Keller, als wir eine Massage (die sich das Hotel sehr gut bezahlen lässt) buchen wollten und an die Spa Rezeption gegangen sind, ist an mehreren Stellen der Decke Wasser von der Decke getropft und wurde von Plastikeimern auf dem Boden aufgefangen. Auch die eigentlichen Massageräume waren sehr dunkel und haben keine entspannte oder romantische Ausstrahlung gehabt.
Die Massagen am Strand sind nochmals deutlich teurer, hier findet die Massage dann in einer kleinen, mit Stoffen von den restlichen Strandliegen abgeschirmten Hütte statt, ähnlich derer an den Stränden Thailand, nur dass man dort für 10€ 60 Minuten massiert wird und nicht für 300..
Das Preis/Leistungs Verhältnis hat für uns leider sowohl für das Hotel als auch für das Abendessen und die Getränke nicht gepasst. Bei den Essens- und Getränkepreise orientiert man sich an den 5 Sterne Hotels, ohne die entsprechende Qualität bringen zu können.
Unser Zimmer war hübsch, jedoch war das Bett relativ durchgelegen, dennoch wurde es den Ansprüchen eines Boutique Hotels durch die schöne und stimmige Einrichtung gerecht.
Der Spa Bereich war leider ein große Enttäuschung. Kellerfeeling inklusive undichte Decken, durch die der Regen tropfte. Dafür waren die Preise definitiv zu hoch angesetzt.
Die Strandliegen waren gepflegt und gemütlich mit Ausblick aufs Meer und mit Service. Außerdem hatte man eine gute Auswahl an kostenlosen Geräten fürs Meer.
Zum Baden ist der Strand jedoch weniger gut geeignet. Außerdem sollte man sich bewusst sein, dass es an der Ostküste wesentlich rauer ist. Bei uns gab es einige Regenschauer und es war immer ziemlich windig.
Positiv hervorzuheben ist das unglaublich freundliche Serviceteam im Restaurant. Alle waren sehr herzlich und freundlich. Das Frühstück war gut und das Abendessen hat uns auch überzeugt. Die Preise waren jedoch in etwa doppelt so hoch als bei lokalen Restaurants.
Die Lage ist abgeschieden und wir empfehlen definitiv einen Mietwagen, damit man bei Regentagen auf den Norden ausweichen kann.

Escogimos este porque es pequeñito y tranquilo. No queríamos un macrohotel con piscina llena de gente, y tener que esperar en el desayuno para tostar el pan… al haber pocos huéspedes, sientes que el personal está más por ti.
El hotel es muy tranquilo, y estuvimos prácticamente solos en la playa y en la piscina. Pudimos disfrutar de mucha intimidad. Y todo estaba bastante limpio y mantenido.
Las habitaciones son pequeñitas, pero cómodas. La ducha y baño son amplios. En el restaurante, aunque un poco caro para ser Mauricio, se come realmente bien. Tienen un poco de todo (pasta, pescado, carne, arroces…) y habían platos que estaban realmente buenos que llegamos a repetir varios días. El personal es muy agradable y atento, y fueron muy complacientes siendo bastante flexibles con nuestros horarios. El desayuno era bastante amplio: fruto, zumos, bollería, tortillas a medida, tostadas… no es bufet libre. Pides y te lo traen ellos.
Como hotel le pongo 5 estrelllas porque lo vale. Pero tiene 2 peros:
- la playa es bastante pequeña, rocosa, poco profunda hasta el arrecife (200m), siempre había un poco de pla, y tiene coral y erizos. Con lo que no podías hacer mucha actividad en ella. Aunque te dejan gafas de bucear y padel surf en el hotel, como mucho está para refrescarse. Con las gafas de bucear poco podías ver, y con el padel surf, mejor no caerte y tocar el fondo con los pies. Vamos, para bañarse un poco y nada más.
- la ubicación está bastante alejada de todo. Así que si no quieres depender de taxis, sus horarios y el coste que representa, mejor alquila un coche. Nosotros lo tuvimos en cuenta y no nos importo. Pero si es cierto que nos pasamos horas conduciendo, cada vez que queríamos ir a algún lado de la isla.

I also want to specify that my husband and I were back from a day trip looking queasy after eating spoiled Tuna at a restaurant in Le Morne (Enso Bar and Restaurant - don’t ever go there), and as soon as the staff notified the reception of the allergic reaction we were having, someone (Vimi) rushed over to our room to let us know that a car was kept on standby to rush us to a hospital or a pharmacy if we needed either. Sure enough we did and were just happy to have the attentiveness of the staff to help us get through that horrific experience.
In summary, we cannot recommend La Maison d‘Eté enough. Everything was top notch. The food was brilliant, the decor splendid and as I’ve said over and over, the staff were the best part. People make or break an experience and this has by far been the best. We will be visiting again.
