Nous avons vécu un voyage inoubliable dans cet établissement magnifique sublimé par son personnel, qui sait prendre soin de ses clients, bel ombre est une très belle région de l’île Maurice, bien plus belle que d’autres, l’établissement comporte tout ce qu’il faut pour se détendre et passer de bonnes vacances, les piscines sont chauffés, la plage et l’océan sont magnifique, bien assez de place pour tout le monde, les restaurants et bars sont incroyables, nous avions des serveurs qui nous apportaient à boire ou à manger sans que ayons demandés, la gentillesse du personnel reste vraiment le point très positif de notre séjour, ils font tout pour faire plaisir, nous avions été au petits soin dès notre arrivée jusqu’à notre départ, un grand merci à eux ????????

Beautiful resort in a stunning location. Had a wonderful holiday. Service very friendly and helpful at all times.

Die Anlage und der Strand sind wunderschön und wir fanden das Essen überall sehr lecker. Leider war der Service in den Restaurants und der Bar nicht immer aber oft sehr schlecht. Man musste ewig warten um eine Bestellung aufgeben zu können, wenn überhaupt mal jemand kam. Bis um 11 ist Abends Musik, wenn man ein Zimmer hat welches nah an der Bar ist wie wir kann man leider vorher auch nicht schlafen. Hätten wir das vorher gewusst, wären wir gar nicht in dieses Hotel gegangen. Ich hatte nach einem anderen Zimmer gefragt und die Rezeption wollte sich bei mir melden ob das klappt, das ist aber nie passiert. Das sind leider die Negativpunkte. Sonst war alles sehr positiv man kann kostenlos Schnorcheln von Hotel und viele weitere Wasseraktivitäten durchführen, man kann sich frische Kokosnüsse an der Bar holen, falls es noch welche gibt, Cocktails sind sehr gut und die angebotenen Trainings von Stefan sind super! Nachmittags gibt es “nur” Pfannkuchen und Eis und Kekse und einmal haben wir kein Mittag gegessen und wollten uns Pfannkuchen holen und dann wurden an dem Tag einfach keine gemacht.

The hotel is really great. So is the service. Huge advantage is free golf course. Two small remarks: if someone would like to swim in the ocean need to have shoes, the ventilation in rooms should be improved. Other than that everyth was great

We stayed at Heritage Awali for 2 weeks in October and had an amazing stay! Rooms could do with a refurbishment and any minor issues we raised were dealt with efficiently and professionally. The spa is definitely a must whilst staying here, very clean with a wide range of treatments on offer. A big shout out to executive chef Kelley for our amazing beach dinner, it was absolutely delicious! To Rohit in Kuzini and Daniel at Savannah thank you for taking such a good care of us but most importantly Nicolas in Zenzibar you really made our holiday!

My wife and I have just spent ten days in paradise at the heritage awali and enjoyed every minute of our stay, the staff were so friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Special mention for Jennifer and Saheil at breakfast, they work so hard!!!!

Awali est un hôtel dans lequel on se sent tout de suite bien, apaisé par un magnifique panorama et un accueil souriant. Ambiance chaleureuse et familiale. Les espaces de restauration sont variés. C'était la seconde fois que nous passons une partie de nos vacances dans ce merveilleux hôtel Heritage Awali.
Nous y étions en famille en Aout 2022 pour 6 nuits et cette année en Aout 2023 pour 11 nuits.
Nous aimons tout dans cet hôtel, une vue magnifique, un personnel incroyable (merci à Kishan au Housekeeping et à Antoinette qui s'est occupée de notre chambre.)
Les restaurants sont tous excellents et c'est très varié.
Merci à la Réception d'avoir fait en sorte que nous puissions être dans la chambre souhaitée.
Merci à Olivier que nous croisions souvent au bord de la piscine mais aussi le matin au petit déjeuner.
Aucun point négatif à signaler si bien que nous avons déjà réservé pour Aout 2024... pour 3 semaines cette fois ;-)
A bientôt !

Un superbe Resort qui offre les service d'un 4 étoiles Sup. Bon rapport qualité prix. La décoration est vraiment agréable, les chambres sont très bien agencées et très bien tenues. Le Spa est splendide avec full accès au hammam et au sauna. Les restaurants sont de grande qualité et permettent de goûter à la cuisine locale. On ne voit pas le temps passer. Le club enfant est très bien tenu et très pratique. Seul petit bémol, les activités encadrées proposées par l’hôtel qui sont minimalistes (tir à l'arc = 3 volées, snorkelling 15 min...) ... à revoir...dommage.
