Read moreIt's impossible to miss the bright yellow and red of this Italian restaurant on the main road, facing the salt flats. A few tables almost on the sidewalk, a handful of others in the dining room, and the rest in the open air in a pretty interior patio. It is the Frenchman Eric who runs the place, and we don't skimp on quality: organic arugula, cold cuts imported from the Botte region, raw cheeses... Pasta and ravioli are fresh and homemade, the salads are generous and the artisanal pizzas are cooked in a state-of-the-art wood-fired oven. Yummy!
