At nightfall, Chichén Itzá lights up with a sound and light show "the nights of Kulkucán" which plunges the site into a fairy-tale atmosphere. It is also an opportunity to walk around the site at an hour when the heat has finally evaporated, especially since a walk of almost an hour precedes the show. Even if the show is relatively short, around thirty minutes, the magic works and transports you. Once again, victim of its success, there is a crowd! We strongly recommend that you book your evening in advance.
