In a romantic atmosphere with a baroque-chic decoration of the most beautiful effect, El Solar offers chuquisaqueñas, Spanish(tapas, potato tortilla, paella...) and French specialties. Quality cuisine based on many local and organic products. Their Bolivian adaptation of coq au vin is worth mentioning. The lunch formula is particularly attractive. The restaurant at the boutique hotel La Posada is located in a small, pleasant courtyard, away from the noise of the city. This is one of the best places in town foralmuerzo, served with fresh baguette! On the menu is a soup or salad with a choice of 3 main courses and a dessert of the day. A la carte dishes at very reasonable prices considering the elegant setting. They also serve sandwiches, salads and crepes. Warmly recommended for lunch. Fast and attentive service.
