In this small Tuscan-style castle, manager Jaime Carmona welcomes you with open arms. This charismatic, smiling Chilean cultivates art as much as dolce vita, and organizes a wide range of activities, from yoga and DJ nights to exhibitions by local artists. Three rooms are available for booking in the handsome Italian-built building. In addition, the on-site restaurant offers Mediterranean, Caribbean and Chilean fusion cuisine.
