A simple Caribbean cuisine composed of fresh products that are chosen before cooking, fish, octopus, grilled lobsters, and chicken with coconut sauce that we enjoy with a cold beer in a dreamy setting. The other restaurant in the plaza, on the far east side, serves similar cuisine with the catch of the day. The Rincon Rubi is also a hotel, offering spacious and independent rooms in the middle of nature and a few steps from the dazzling Rincón beach. A quiet address, to be recommended.
