At the exit of the village in the direction of Sosúa, the hotel's four small three-story buildings form an alley to the sea. There are about 40 rooms and suites with bath, cable TV, telephone, balcony, fan, and some with air conditioning, which is very pleasant when the temperature is high. The Kite Beach Hotel also has a small swimming pool with deckchairs and a bar-restaurant on the beach. As the name suggests, there is a kitesurfing school with equipment rental.
