A real mamma italiana 's house decor for this Italian restaurant combining Mediterranean and Dominican cuisine. A true institution in the Punta Cana region, Luisa Patrovita, whom everyone calls the mamma, and her two children - Rossana and Joaquín - run the place. The great classics are there: pasta, ravioli, fresh fish, and of course a delicious tiramisu for dessert. The presentation is neat and the service impeccable. Every weekend, a jazz band plays for dinner.
