Here, everything is made traditionally. Pascal Feval is an artisanal ice-cream maker who is passionate about his work and works with seasonal fruits and local ingredients. More than 60 flavors are declined between ice creams, sorbets, cakes and frozen desserts. Of course, we like the Peyi flavors such as cinnamon, ginger, red currant, June plum, sweet pepper, guava, or soursop and mango. But originality also includes unusual flavors such as sea urchin ice cream, sweet potato ice cream or foie gras ice cream!
