Read moreLe Céjo is a wonderful new addition to Montabo! Since January 2024, this establishment has been set up facing the sea. A terrace lets you enjoy the view, but the large dining room is not to be outdone, with its huge bay window and exposed beams. On the plate, it's a similar story: the choice is limited, but the dishes are very well prepared, with generally 2 meat and 2 fish options. Chef Pardonipade Johan is also a member of the Toques Guyanaises, a label that promotes local gastronomy, and he does it wonderfully.
