Le Céjo is ideally located in Montabo, facing the sea. A terrace lets you enjoy the view, but the large dining room is not to be outdone, with its huge bay window and exposed beams. On the plate, it's a similar story: the choice is limited, but the dishes are very well prepared, with generally 2 meat and 2 fish options. Chef Pardonipade Johan is a member of the Toques Guyanaises, a label that promotes local gastronomy, and he does it wonderfully. The restaurant has also been awarded the title of Maître Restaurateur.

Notre serveur à palier a toutes les situations à nous a mis à l’aise, je recommande ce restaurant.
