Exquisite food, setting, service. You are welcomed in the “local forrest” of the chef and owner Mr Bouvier with almost all products coming from local forest and suppliers. We took the 5 course surprise menu ( there is also a 3 course), which is plenty of food together with all the amuses in between. The accompanying wines where perfect, local, but a bit to much in combination with the 5 courses. The food came at a bit to fast paste but were 1 by 1 worth the money!

Ambiance géniale. Service impeccable sans chichi. Cuisine extra. Seul petit bémol. Je trouve que les vins ne sont pas à la hauteur du repas

Nous avons fait la fermeture de la saison à l’Ursus samedi dernier. Le dîner y est présenté comme une balade en forêt. Vous êtes accueillis par le chef qui vous propose de déguster une mise en bouche à base de champignon qui éveillera vos papilles. Le repas est un ballet plein de saveurs. Courrez-y, cela vaut vraiment le détour! Mention spéciale pour la préparation fromagère du chef: un régal (en photo)! Les mignardises à base de pistaches m’ont également laissé un souvenir mémorable ! Sans compter que la déco et la vaisselle sont originales et le lieu est très romantique. Je recommande sans hésiter!

Une magnifique cave de chartreuse et un bar d’infusion.
