It is open to the public every day, including public holidays, from 9am to 12pm and from 3pm to 7pm. You can buy their products directly on site. The cheese dairy also features a museum area called "Secrets de Fruitière", where you can learn more about the world of cheese and agriculture. Commented frescoes, games and fun questionnaires will guide you through this educational tour. We recommend calling ahead to make sure the museum area is not already booked. Guided tours of the museum area are also available on reservation, followed by a tasting of raw-milk cheeses. Guided farm tours are also available, with the chance to take part in a butter and Tome des Bauges cheese-making workshop.
