Located close to the city centre, overlooking a square, the establishment of Marie-Thérèse and Yves Battalion has been meeting in Tarare for almost 40 years! The specialities of this authentic cook: fresh frogs, head of calf, filet of perch in champagne, piece of beef charolais to the roquefort. The freshness of the products made their success. At noon, only the day's formula is served. The groups have a private room. The popular terrace in summer can accommodate 340 guests.

Nous etions de retour des sports d hiver. Restaurant trouvé par hazard. Ils ont accepté notre commande alors qu il etait 13h30. La cuisine est traditionnelle est très copieuse.

Jamais déçu, la cuisine traditionnelle très bonne, la patronne est très gentille et serviable. Pas d'attente. On se sent bien dans ce restaurant.

Très bon accueil malgré l'heure : 14h passé, les patrons et employés très sympas, menu du jour de qualité, abondant, simple, efficace , ce que nous recherchions après une belle matinée de marche. Service rapide super appréciable tres bon rapport qualité prix !
Nous avons pu même passer un bon moment avant de partir en discutant avec les patrons.
