For 150 years, six generations of restaurateurs, the Chatard has made the heart of gourmets beat faster. In this natural setting of the southern Beaujolais, each generation has contributed its stone to the building. Sébastien Chatard offers us his contemporary version of local cuisine made from excellent products. Half-cooked duck foie gras, scallops with saffron pistils, pike steak with Nantua coulis, free-range chicken with honey... All of this is done to the rhythm of the seasons. Homemade desserts and a beautiful wine list for a gourmet address.

De retour de vacances dans le Gard vers la Belgique, nous avions sélectionné cet hôtel pour une soirée étape. Ce choix était judicieux. Très bon accueil, atmosphère sympa, diner agréable, calme, piscine, parking aisé, etc....

Nous avons dormis et mangé dans cet établissement avec ma famille tout c’est très bien passé. La chambre était propre et confortable, le repas bon et copieux. Le rapport qualité prix est correct. Le seul petit point négatif, l’hôtel se trouve légèrement excentré de l’autoroute mais environnement très calme.

Dommage que les propriétaires ne trouvent plus de personnel pour faire fonctionner le restaurant le week-end... C'est très dommageable
