For 150 years, six generations of restaurateurs, the Chatard has made the heart of gourmets beat faster. In this natural setting of the southern Beaujolais, each generation has contributed its stone to the building. Sébastien Chatard offers us his contemporary version of local cuisine made from excellent products. Half-cooked duck foie gras, scallops with saffron pistils, pike steak with Nantua coulis, free-range chicken with honey... All of this is done to the rhythm of the seasons. Homemade desserts and a beautiful wine list for a gourmet address.

Entière satisfaction pour l'ensemble des prestations exceptionnelles de cet hôtel, pour la compétence et la gentillesse de tout le personnel. Cuisine excellente. J'ai fêté mon anniversaire sur un WE avec 40 invités et tout a été parfait, du matériel proposé pour les animations du soir, à la qualité d'écoute pour satisfaire chacun.

Déjeuner en terrasse dans ce logis de France où les attentions se succèdent. Accueil chaleureux, attentionné. Cuisine généreuse et délicieuse. Cadre extérieur grande agréable à l'ambiance jazzy.
