In front of the Castle of Pizay, Bernard Martin produced on 9 hectares of brouilly vines, morgon "Rib du Py", flowered, windmill, beaujolais-villages and white Beaujolais. Note, his white Beaujolais "Late Harvest". This wine on premature, vendangée a month and a half after the normal harvest gives a powerful and very round wine. With a large length in mouth, as well as a woody point due to wine-making in barrels, famous a foie gras or a pick of seafood or an aperitif.
