La Matelote is part of the gourmet heritage of the region. The sheltered terrace is a godsend to be enjoyed as soon as the weather is fine. A room with large bay windows gives a friendly and warm atmosphere to the whole, it only remains to tell you about the cuisine of the chef Bernard Ravier. A traditional and regional cuisine with frogs in persillade, fried ablettes with aïoli sauce and andouillette from Braillon, fromage blanc from Etrez and home-made dessert. It's simple, but it's so good!
