Artisanal cuisine of character made from good products. Excellent value for money for the dish of the day, like these freshly fried mussels poulette on Friday, or for the dishes on the menu with a ballotine of homemade foie gras, frogs in persillade, a nice rib of beef or a homemade burger with its fries and sauces, all homemade.
