Born on the hill of the Croix-Rousse, set up at the Palais du Commerce in the heart of the Presqu'île - and spreading to Lyon's main cultural venues - the Lyon BD Festival opens in "normal" times with the États généraux de la Bande Dessinée, a meeting of professionals attended by all the players in this universe, which is attracting an ever-increasing number of readers.
