BRAZIER WINE BAR
Unquestionably, Mathieu Vianney has taste. A good taste. A few metres from its flagship, Mère Brazier, Brazier Wine Bar is the place where you enjoy yourself between friends, around large tables and many bottle cases. Warm atmosphere in a very successful wooden and metal decor – finally, you leave the lounge for a wine bar. It is not very large – so booking is strongly recommended –, but the lack of space is largely compensated by the beauty of the place, this "wine bar" and the choice of some 300 different wines selected by the chef and Denis Verneau, his sommelier. Great names are present, but also very affordable producers. The drinks vary from €5 to €18 and dishes are in the same range. Because, with your glass of wine, you can enjoy a slate of a "Bellota" Iberico ham, roast cushion of veal, a dish of Stilton or a Melba strawberry. A "flawless" of the chef Vianney who has managed to find his niche at rue Royale.
