Pour un équivalent, celui de Chantilly 4 étoiles aussi, moins onéreux, est nettement plus qualitatif.
2 Chambres réservées pour 3 adultes. Literie hors d'usage, impossible de m'endormir avant 3h du matin...Épuisée à trouver un moyen de me caler dans ce matelas en cuvette molle... Quand je l'ai signalé le matin à l'accueil, il m' à été répondu "oui, on sait ça va être changé en février..."pas de geste commercial... Sinon Chambre correcte (135), sdb usée, vasque lavabo ayant beaucoup vécue...baignoire avec douche pas fonctionnelle, dommage l'autre chambre avait une magnifique douche type italienne.
L'accueil à l'arrivée était très courtois, par contre le barman n'a pas dû être formé à l'accueil... nous nous sommes installés vers 18h30 dans un bar désert, le barman arrive avec un chariot rempli de matériel, le vide sur le bar et repart sans un mot à notre attention bien qu'il nous ai regardé ????♀️. Il revient et s'installe derrière son bar pour faire la vaisselle et ranger, j'essaie désespérément d'attirer son regard et enfin il me regarde et me dit depuis son comptoir "bah j'attendais votre commande "????♀️... Un couple arrive avec 2 enfants s'installe et attend, la dame tente d'attirer l'attention du barman qui range toujours, le mari fini par aller au comptoir commander, une incompréhension sur la commande de boissons des enfants et une remarque pas aimable du barman fait tiquer la dame... Bref son comportement ne nous était pas réservé ????♀️.
Sinon belle salle à manger et petit déjeuner buffet copieux, service agréable .
En revanche les chambres sont dans un état non acceptable pour un 4 étoiles.
Le tapis brûlé, la chasse d'eau non fonctionnelle, la baignoire dans un état... Spécial.
J'ai était bloqué devant ma chambre car le lecteur de carte ne fonctionnait plus.
J'ai cru comprendre que les chambres étaient quand même dans un état assez similaires...
