Le Levant is located at the Lyon's doorstep. Easy access from the A6 motorway, at the crossroads of Nationale 7 and A89, near Monts d'Or, Le Levant is much more than the restaurant of the superb Qualys Hotels Lyon Nord. It is a restaurant accessible to all, ideally located, which makes you enjoy a dream terrace at the edge of the infinity swimming pool and rooms that are suitable both for organizing a family or professional event than a romantic face-to-face before a beautiful night with your lover. Lovely welcome, attentive service, cozy atmosphere just what you need, beautiful rooms decorated with soft colours, everything is done for your well-being. As for cuisine, the chef Tommy Debeaune lets himself be inspired by seasonal market, prepares dishes using products whose quality is daily guaranteed, the restaurant is open 7 days a week for lunch and dinner. This spring, while the heat crushed the Lyon terraces, what happiness to be at Levant to enjoy a large smoked salmon salad and its Mediterranean mesclun, a bruschetta with country ham or a swordfish Tartar with citrus fruit to start. To follow, a homemade burger with gorgonzola and pancetta, original and successful, a poultry farmer ballotine with summer truffle or a prawn risotto and shellfish, not to mention the daily specials. As for dessert, "Fou de chocolat" or a homemade yogurt with lemon to refresh. Perfect place to escape the city, spend gourmet and chic moments.
