The 17-hectare estate covers 7 ha of Juliénas, 1 ha of Saint-Amour, 5 ha of Beaujolais-Villages, 1.5 ha of Moulin-à-Vent and 1.5 ha of Chénas, made from the gamay noir grape variety with white juice. The estate also produces 1 ha of white Beaujolais-Villages from the Chardonnay grape in Saint-Vérand (71), as well as Crémant de Bourgogne. Sylvain's arrival in 2015 brought a new lease of life to adapt to this changing wine world while respecting tradition and terroir. Traditional, parcel-based vinification is emphasized to develop the best expression of terroirs and the "vintage effect".

Bearing the name of a Beaujolais cru, this ^13th-century château not only produces remarkable wines, notably organic Julienas, Fleurie and Moulin-à-Vent, but also opened the doors of its estate very early on, offering a range of wine-tourism delights. Located in the charming village of Juliénas, the Depardon Père et Fils winery is a must-see destination for wine lovers. Run by Maryse and Jean-Paul Depardon since 1967, this family-run operation produces one of the most renowned crus in the Beaujolais region. The 12-hectare vineyard includes the Juliénas and Chénas crus, as well as the Beaujolais-Village Rouge and Beaujolais-Village Rosé appellations. The wines are produced in a sustainable manner, preserving the environment and limiting phytosanitary treatments. The estate has a tasting cellar where visitors can discover and taste the different wines produced. A link between Burgundy and Beaujolais, the Juliénas and Chaintré wineries have been joining forces for the past ten years. Bringing together 90 winegrowers operating on 290 hectares, Juliénas Chaintré offers 18 appellations highlighting all the richness of the terroir and the know-how of its men and women.
