On the kitchen side, Alex kept his hand and still prepares good dishes - home made, of course - adapted to seasons from fresh and quality products: XXL salads this summer, cannelloni with ricotta, burger home with its old mustard sauce, famous Milanese veal Steak, Andalusian tartar, Jacques walnut risotto or a pata of pata negra, not forgetting the tiramisu to spéculoos. Nous avions privatisé le restaurant pour mon anniversaire, le chef a vraiment été à notre écoute et son équipe nous a offert un service au top alliant efficacité, sourire et sympathie.
Soirée au top froid au premier abord mais une fois que le contact est passé on a un patron au top et des salariés qu'on voudrait débaucher tellement qu'ils sont compétents.
