Restaurant with a beautiful shaded terrace of a hundred seats in Couzon-au-Mont-d'Or.
Follow us on the banks of the Saône, at the foot of the famous Mont-d'Or, to discover the Hôtel de la Gare. A renovated establishment while preserving - and it's fantastic - the aspect of the old, the charm of a 19th century golden stone house. Beautiful shaded terrace with a hundred place settings for part of the summer countryside with bowls, large rooms and small private rooms for family meetings or between employees, nothing is missing to receive us and especially not the kindness of the reception of a restaurant taken over by Brice. On the kitchen side, the chef Sébastien Lericolais offers a traditional gourmet cuisine made from fresh quality products, sourced from the best craftsmen. A la carte, the sublime pâté en croûte by Sébastien Lericolais (finalist of the World Championship in 2013 and 2014); to follow, a saddle of lamb stuffed with anchovy pissalat, sweetbreads or monkfish in blanquette, pumpkin soufflé; to finish with a coffee-glazed vacherin, praline sauce. We also like the well-balanced Vegetarian menu. Attractive wine list. An address that goes back to the origins, a real success and a favourite.
