Monsieur Paul's legacy lives on in an updated, elegant and luminous setting. A team of enthusiasts, many of them MOFs, marvelously execute the great house classics, such as whole Bresse poultry in "Mère Fillioux" bladder or wild sea bass in puff pastry crust with Choron sauce, as well as fine creations in the Bocuse spirit. A must-try for those who want to touch the soul of French cuisine.
Quel plaisir d'y être allé et impatient d'y retourner malgré les prix des menus qui malgré restent dans le rapport qualité/prix.

Seul bémol, nous aurions voulu rencontrer Monsieur PAUL BOCUSE, mais nous n'avons osé le demander, c'était simplement pour le féliciter de toute sa carrière et de la très haute tenue de son établissement et la qualité extraordinaire de sa cuisine.
J'espère très bientôt y revenir.
