steeve Charvet, 32, is the 6th generation of a family-run estate in Chiroubles. He farms 8.5 ha of Gamay vines, vinified in whole bunches and using natural yeast. With his 10 annual cuvées in Chiroubles, Morgon, Moulin-à-Vent and Beaujolais Blanc, this winegrower trained at the right school - in Burgundy and with Stéphane Montez - delivers the best of each terroir in each vintage.
