Winery

The Bereziat family has a 15-hectare estate in the heart of the Brouilly Cru, where they practice sustainable farming and focus on the production of quality wines. With a vineyard composed mainly of old vines, the estate produces AOC Beaujolais, Beaujolais Villages, Brouilly and Moulin à Vent in the Gamay grape variety, as well as a white wine in the Viognier variety. The grapes are harvested by hand and the wine is bottled at the estate. Reception in one of the 3 guest rooms.

LES BRUYÈRES – GILLES AUJOGUES

The area, the cradle of several generations, dominates the village of Cercié, at the foot of Mont-Brouilly Chapel. Here we find three names  : Beaujolais-villages, brouilly with its intense ruby robe, aromas of red fruit or plum and a cellaring and powerful body, it is the believer who expresses the fruity bouquet of the gamay grape. Morgon, a pleasant young man but takes over a special scent of ripe fruit and nuclei over time. Most of the domain  : manual harvest with very selective sorting on the table to the vine. The area also includes a rural cottage for 5 people (2 ears).

Domaine Ruet is a vineyard located in Cercié, in the Beaujolais region. DOMAINE DE VOUJON

This area, created there, operates a vineyard of 14   ha. Its names are brouilly and brouilly Piss-Old. It produces about 20 000 bottles per year on an area of 13   ha on a sandy and clayey soil with a density density of 9 000 feet/ha at an altitude of 250   m. In this domain belonging to Georges Duboeuf, Eric and Françoise Brunet greets their visitors in a superb tasting cellar. The name of the "Piss-Old" place dates back to the time when the inhabitants were still talking  ;; the new parish priest, fresh out of the seminary, tança Mariette, one of his flock, after claiming  : «Don't sin anymore! " It understood "Do not pichez anymore", which meant  : " No longer pissez "… Very tormented with the idea of having to apply this sentence, she became ill  ; his companion, the Claudius, went to see the priest for explanation  ; having obtained it, he rushed back at home crying at his Mariette  : " Piss, old  ! CHATEAU DE LA TERRIERE

Château de la Terrère stands opposite Mount Brouilly, Cercié in the heart of the historic Beaujolais, since the xivth century. It is now one of the oldest areas of the region.
