En revanche nous n'avons pas apprécié :
Le fait de trouver une chaussette en arrivant dans la chambre à côté du lit bien visible ainsi qu'un paquet de sucre dejà ouvert à côté de la machine à café. Je l'ai signalé à la réception et demandé si notre chambre avait réellement été nettoyée avant notre arrivée. La récéptionniste nous a dit qu'elle notait le dérangement mais elle n'a proposé aucun geste de l'établissement même pas un simple café pour s'excuser de ce manque de professionnalisme. Elle ne semblait pas plus impliquée que ça. Pour un hôtel de ce standing et à ce prix là nous attendions à un service de qualité.
L'hôtel veut proposer un service " plus cool" et jeune, certe c'est bien mais gros manque d'implication et service négligé.
L'hôtel est beau et confortable mais le service n'est pas professionnel.
La décoration est soignée, le lieu et cozy, une belle terrasse est également présente.
