Restaurant located in the heart of the vineyards of Côte-Rôtie offering a tasty cuisine to the taste of the day.
The gourmet Rhone Valley begins at this address, in the heart of the Côte-Rôtie vineyards. In the village of Ampuis, the Serine wine library offers about 600 references in all the crus - most of which are Côte-Rôtie - of the Rhône valley. Great vintages, but also small owners who are as many beautiful discoveries. The dining room is on the first floor. The chef Régis Sorlin creates a tasty cuisine that is accompanied by an excellent bottle. A Bistro anchored in its soil for our greatest pleasure.
