Simeon and Julien also have a wide-recognized expertise in the trades of Sake-Sommelier SSA (one of the most important sake training organizations), a single-certified training in France. So you will discover the art of mastering Japanese sake: mixing methods, different types of sake, history, tasting methods… 20 sake is tasted and analyzed during this intensive two-day training, many of which are imported for the occasion and absent outside Japan. The training is followed by a review with theoretical questions and dégustation tasting. The people who follow this training officially become Sake Sommelier and access the biggest European events on Japanese sake.
