The Boucherie Gallot offers a variety of quality meats: Limousin beef, veal raised under mother's milk, lamb from the Massif Central, farmhouse pork, charcuterie and poultry. In the summer, grilled meats are more in the spotlight, in the winter, you will also find morels to accompany your dishes, and you can always ask for your purchases to be vacuum-packed before you leave on holiday! Specialities: pure pork sausage, dry sausage, dry sausage and chorizo.
